Happy Spring, TLOA Community!

Spring cleaning season is here, and the Twin Lakes Owners Association is thrilled to announce our upcoming spring yard sale! Please mark your calendars for Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. As usual, we will be set up at Dam 2, the grassy location right off Amicus Rd.

If you’ve been clearing out your closets and are interested in selling, we would love to have you! There is absolutely no fee to participate. To claim your spot, simply send an email to projects@twinlakeshoa.org.

A few quick notes for our sellers:

• Please plan to bring your own tables and chairs.

• The gates will open for seller setup at 7:00 AM, giving you an hour to get ready before we open to the public at 8:00 AM.

• Please note that there is no scheduled rain date for this event. We will be crossing our fingers for a beautiful, sunny spring morning!
