Road Closure Alert, Continued – 9/28/21

The paving planned for Monday and Tuesday had to be postponed by one full day due to the fact that the asphalt plant stopped working over the weekend and put the company behind on a previously scheduled job.

The NEW plan is that East Daffodil and West Daffodil will get paved on Tuesday the 28th. If time permits, they will try to also fold in one of the cul-de-sacs on the south side depending on the remaining time. The rest of the roads should now be completed on Wednesday the 29th.

We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your ongoing patience with this process. Please check back here for the most up-to-date details on the status of this work.

For those residents living on Aster and Gladiola Roads, you will be able to enter and exit from your properties at all points in time, though you are encouraged to minimize travel in and out once paving does start. We would also like to respectfully ask you to avoid hard turns of your tires for a few days after the paving so that the asphalt can cure up properly.
